To play this online pattern game, drag the correct shapes into the missing spaces. If you put a shape in the wrong spot, it will bounce back. Once you get the correct pattern, your superhero will run! Try to start with the missing shapes on the left-hand side to advance more quickly. There are ten levels. Each level is more challenging than the last. Can you complete all ten levels?

Working with patterns is important work for young students. Through patterns, children learn to make predictions. When working with patterns, children also use important reasoning and logic skills. Mastering patterns in shapes is important preparation for seeing patterns in numbers and data.

This fun online pattern game is great for early finishers, as a math center, or even as homework. As an additional activity, you can have students draw out the patterns they see in the game. Or, ask children to create their own patterns!
